Accessibility statement
Best Pizza & Brew is committed to making our site accessible to people with disabilities. We gather feedback continuously and keep improving the experience for everyone.
Conformance
We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, which define three levels of conformance: A, AA and AAA. Best Pizza & Brew targets Level AA and works toward it continuously. We do not claim the site fully conforms today.
In practice the site uses semantic headings and landmarks, meaningful alternative text on images that carry information (decorative images are hidden from screen readers by design), visible keyboard focus, labeled form controls whose errors are announced, and it respects reduced-motion preferences.
Last reviewed: 7 September 2026, by a manual code and rendered-markup audit against WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Known limitations we are working through: some decorative and menu images have generic alternative text; a small number of color pairings on photographic backgrounds fall below the 4.5:1 contrast target; and the site has not yet been tested end to end with a screen reader on real devices. If any of these stops you doing something, tell us and we will help directly and prioritise the fix.
Third-party vendors
Some journeys hand off to third parties: online ordering, gift cards, loyalty rewards and job applications. We encourage those vendors to provide accessible, user-friendly experiences, but we cannot control their content. If you hit a barrier on a partner site, tell us and we will help you complete your order directly.
